Once we have your reels they join our queue and are done as soon as we can. Most times the job is completed beginning to end in a week or so. Obviously the time taken also depends on how many reels you send us. Once you have placed your order we will send you a detailed message explaining all your options and where to send your reels etc.

How does the transfer process work ?

1. Select the number of reels you need converting and pay via Paypal or bank transfer. Please remember that the buy it now price is for a single reel to be transferred to DVD format no matter how much footage is on the reel.

2. We will then send you our studio address to post your reels to (Please send them recorded/tracked delivery and package them securely). Enclose in your package your full name and contact details you want us to use.

3. We will contact you once we have your reels to let you know they arrived safely.

4. We will then convert your reels to DVD format. This process usually takes around 4-5 working days (We can rush a job through is there is a deadline) depending on the number of reels sent.

5. We then post your new DVD to you. Once you have confirmed you have the DVD and you are happy with the transfers we will dispose of your original reels safely and securely. If you wish the reels to be returned to you we can do this and only charge the P&P cost to get them back to you.

Important Information. Please read prior to ordering.

We transfer what is on the reels onto the DVD, this price does not include any editing or manipulation. If the footage is bad quality on the reel then it will be bad quality on the DVD.

If the reel is broken or in bad condition we will do what we can to clean them. As you can imagine splicing reels together is a very time consuming process. If this is required we will be in touch to discuss how to proceed.

The DVD produced from this service results in a DVD suitable for watching on a DVD player and a television. It will also play on a PC with DVD player software installed. The DVD footage is NOT designed for video editing purposes on a computer. If you want to be able to edit the footage then please purchase the MP4 format to USB.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNCLAIMED REELS ARE DESTROYED AND DSISPOSED OF 14 DAYS FROM THE DISPATCH OF THE USB.
